Stacy Brown, founder of Get Flexy

Let's face it, life isn't always sexy. If we are being honest, life is just plain difficult at times. I've always believed that sometimes the best antidote for challenging times is finding humor in the small things. My nature is one of a “constant encourager.” I truly just love to bring joy, hope & faith to people. Perhaps when you've lived a life of adversity, had many mountains to climb and been given a hand of cards that weren't always the easiest to play, it comes natural to want to inspire others to stay in the game, not give up and believe that the best is yet to come!

Being flexible in my mind, heart and spirit has helped me to overcome a lot of challenges in my life. When I ponder why I named my company Get Flexy — it all makes sense now. What was once a name that would culminate the idea of practicing Yoga and getting Stretched — NOW takes on a whole new meaning.

Life isn't always SEXY; That's why I GET FLEXY is my tagline & home for sharing some memes, ideas, inspiration & hope that no matter what life may toss our way, staying flexible is the way forward.
