Exercising together creates community. If we've ever needed to come together and find our way back to living a healthier life it is now. Since the pandemic, we’ve all experienced difficulty. We also found ourselves isolating and often even exercising at home alone. When I first started in the Fitness Industry in 1985 - Group Fitness Classes was the rage. Why? Because it worked. Every class, folks would show up to be challenged together and through each class, friendships were birthed, relationship and community was solidified. As humans we need to be surrounding ourselves with cheerleaders and friends that will help push up past our comfort zone every session.

Fitness classes have a way of creating bonds between the students and oneself. Learning to embrace your body, mind & spirit is one of the greatest health enhancing tools we can use. Having a community surrounding you and coaches to motivate you can be the difference in showing up for class every day or just going home to watch Netflix.

We realize that some are ready to jump right into classes and others have never practiced Yoga before or even attended a fitness class. Whatever your story is, please know that our classes aren’t a competition. We feel that starting your exercise journey mirrors life in many ways, day by day, hour by hour, with each class - we get stronger and more resilient, focused and bendable - and realize that our life is a journey and not a race.
